Health in the Craven area

We have had people with learning disabilities involved in developing Health Action Plans - These are gradually being offered more widely.

We had a say in the signposting at Airedale General Hospital and there has been an improvement in the signs within the hospital.

We have developed links with the Patients Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) and helped them develop their leaflet.

We have developed guidelines for staff who support people to attend Health appointments.
