Message: Its great to be able to look at the all the different things that are available at each task group. However, we had hoped to see some more pictures. We like the big buttons but wish the "read" button had an instruction to say what it would do or it was a symbol of a loud speaker and/or an ear so we can see what it will do. I hope these are both good suggestions that will make the development of the site go from good to better! Cheers

Reply: Photosymbols and clip art images are now on each page and the read button is hopefully easier to work with, now with an image to support the word READ.

Message: I am currently employed as the Valuing People Co-ordinator in Darlington but have also worked in South Tyneside, Sunderland & Redcar. During my 16 years of supporting people with learning disabilities I have accessed hundreds of learning disability web sites but yours must rate as one of the best. I found navigating through the site very easy, information was in an accessible format and up to date. I liked the picture bank idea and the photographs are of a very high quality. A fantastic achievement by everyone involved!

Reply: I worked alongside a small group and continue to liaise with people with learning disabilities when looking at the design and what people want to see on the website, I am also looking into other media to support more communication and interaction for the future.
