If you need help, Harrogate Advocacy can arrange for one of our volunteers to meet and have a chat with you in private about what you want; our volunteer will work with you as your advocate.

Your advocate will find things out for you and share information with you to help you to make your own decisions; your advocate will help you tell other people what you want.

Your advocate will listen to you without judging you.

Your advocate will treat you with respect.
